New Jersey American Water services Westampton Township. In the event of an emergency, residents can use the Emergency Reporting Tool and H2O Help to Others Programs:

  • Anyone can report an emergency that is not at a specific residence, such as a fire hydrant leak or a water main break in the street, through the “Report Emergency” button at the top of the company’s website or directly at emergency.amwater.com. Customers with a MyWater account, our online customer portal can report an outage or emergency at a specific residence.  Since its launch in early December, over 140 emergencies have been reported and addressed by New Jersey American Water through the online reporting feature. The new platform has been so successful that the company is planning more enhancements to its functionality in the future.
  • In addition to New Jersey American Water’s H2O Help to Others Program, there are a number of energy and heating bill assistance programs and government programs for those who qualify. For a full list of local community resources, New Jersey residents can search the online database at www.nj211.org and view a comprehensive listing of the state’s energy programs. Customers may also dial “2-1-1” 24 hours a day, seven days a week for help in finding available assistance services.
