Land Development Board

The Land Development Board is composed of 9 members and 2 alternates. There are 6 Class IV members who are appointed for 4 year terms and 3 members appointed annually (Mayor, Committee-person and the Zoning Officer). The alternate positions are each 2 year appointments.


Meetings:

The Land Development Board meets the 1st Wednesday of every month. All meetings are currently being held electronically via Zoom. Meetings will be canceled if there is no business. Pursuant to NJAC 5:39-1.7(c) any individual wishing to give sworn testimony at a meeting shall appear by video in addition to audio. Anyone not on video will not be able to testify at a meeting.

  • All applications must be filled out in their entirety and received 14 days prior to an upcoming meeting to be scheduled/heard. 
  • Please note any and all additional documents such as, exhibits, revisions, letters, etc. for applications must be received no later than 10 days before the meeting. If exhibits, revisions, letters, etc. are presented to the board after the 10-day deadline they will not be considered or heard as part of the testimony.
