Instructions for Joining a Zoom Meeting

You may join the Zoom meeting using either the provided link or the Meeting ID.

Option 1: Join Using the Link (Recommended)

1. Click the meeting link provided above.
2. If prompted, select “Open Zoom Meetings” or allow your browser to launch Zoom.
3. Enter your name if requested.
4. Choose “Join with Computer Audio.”
5. Select whether to join with video on or off.
   1. Note - You must appear before the board with audio and video if you wish to make comments/testimony.

Option 2: Join Using the Meeting ID

1. Open the Zoom application on your device.
2. Click or tap “Join a Meeting.”
3. Enter the Meeting ID provided above.
4. Click “Join.”
5. Enter your name as you would like it to appear.
6. Select “Join with Computer Audio.”
   1. Note - You must appear before the board with audio and video if you wish to make comments/testimony.
