There is no Certificate of Occupancy (CO) required in Westampton Township. What is required is a Smoke Detector/Carbon Monoxide/Fire Extinguisher Inspection. The fee is $70.00 with a 14 or more day notice, $140.00 for a less than 14 day notice. If 4 or less days notice, $165.00. All reinspections are $70.00.
