Report a Concern allows the public to report common, non-emergency, concerns to their local government.  These concerns can include potholes, clogged storm drains, debris, and many other common issues encountered by the public.  These concerns get routed directly to the people that will resolve these issues, streamlining the process and providing visibility for the complainant into the status of their concerns.

Product Benefits

  • Allows constituents to quickly craft and submit detailed concern reports online, anytime, anywhere.
  • GIS mapping technology helps the City identify and analyze trends related to concerns, so that appropriate action is taken towards them. Employ icons, colors, and other visual codes, to denote concerns’ urgency and status.
  • Automated workflows route concerns reported to relevant departments, to resolve issues in record time. Complainants are automatically informed of case developments using workflows.
  • Summaries of complaints can be easily created with full history of complaint.
